Empower Peptides LLC, a subsidiary of Empower Group Holdings LLC, operates with a strict compliance framework designed to promote transparency, product integrity, identity verification, fraud prevention, and accurate order fulfillment.

By completing a purchase through Empower Peptides, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following Chargeback & Dispute Policy.

1. Return & Resolution Policy

Empower Peptides may accept returns and issue refunds under limited conditions consistent with our Returns & Refund Policy.

To qualify for a return and refund:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • The product must not be damaged, tampered with, altered, or compromised

Where permitted by law, the customer may be held responsible for:

  • Court costs

  • Bank or network dispute fees
  • Additional damages permitted by law

Fraudulent chargebacks may constitute chargeback fraud and may result in civil or legal action.

11. Agreement at Checkout

By completing checkout, the customer certifies and acknowledges that:
