Terms & Conditions – Empower Peptides Research Supply

Welcome to Empower Peptides LLC, a subsidiary of Empower Group Holdings LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or purchasing from empower-peptides.com (“Site”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Research Use Only

IMPORTANT: All products are strictly intended for laboratory research purposes only. They are not for human or animal consumption and not for any medical, cosmetic, or diagnostic application.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 21 years or older.
• You represent that you are a qualified purchaser such as an institutional researcher, laboratory professional, or individual conducting lawful laboratory research.
• You attest at checkout that all products will be used solely for lawful laboratory research and not for human or animal use.
• Identity and age verification are required for all orders for security, fraud-prevention, unauthorized transaction prevention, and compliance purposes. Empower Peptides may utilize AgeChecker.net or another approved verification provider to verify purchaser identity, age eligibility, and payment authorization prior to processing or shipment.
• Orders will not be processed or shipped until required verification has been successfully completed.

• Certificates of Analysis (COAs) may be batch-level and are available upon request from third-party laboratories. Availability is not guaranteed for every batch at the time of order; timing/provision is not a condition of sale.
• Appearance or labeling may vary by batch.

5. No FDA Approval

Warning: None of our products are FDA-approved. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

6. Compliance is Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that research compounds are legal to purchase, possess, and use in your jurisdiction.

7. Payment & Order Fulfillment

• Orders must be paid in full before shipping.
• Order Acceptance: Receipt of an order or payment authorization does not constitute acceptance. We accept an order only upon shipment; we may cancel or limit quantities at our discretion.
• Refusal of Service: Empower Peptides LLC, as a subsidiary of Empower Group Holdings LLC, reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate service at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving abusive or inappropriate communication, repeated payment issues, policy violations, suspected fraud, chargeback risk, misuse of products, or behavior deemed detrimental to the company, its staff, or its operations. In such cases, orders may be canceled without prior notice and future service may be declined.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Identity and age verification are required for all orders prior to processing or shipment. Empower Peptides may utilize AgeChecker.net or another approved verification provider to verify purchaser identity, age eligibility, payment authorization, and fraud-prevention compliance. Orders will not be processed or shipped until verification requirements have been successfully completed.
• Payment Methods: Empower Peptides currently accepts the following payment methods: Cash App, Zelle when available, eCheck, eDebit / ACH Bank Transfer, Cryptocurrency, and other approved payment methods that may be made available from time to time.
• Credit card and debit card payment options may be available from time to time if a compatible payment processor is secured. Due to the nature of research peptides and banking restrictions within the industry, credit card availability may be limited or temporarily unavailable.
• Identity verification is required for all payment methods. Orders placed using credit or debit card payment methods may be subject to additional verification review due to the increased risk of unauthorized transaction claims and cardholder disputes.
• Orders remain pending until payment is received, verified, and all required identity verification steps are completed. If payment is not received within the required timeframe of 2 hours, the order may be automatically cancelled.
• Customers are responsible for following the payment instructions provided at checkout and ensuring payments are sent correctly when using manual payment methods such as cryptocurrency, bank transfer, or other approved manual payment options.
• Empower Peptides reserves the right to add, remove, or modify payment methods at any time without notice.
• Empower Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that cannot be verified or that violate our Terms and Conditions.

8. Shipping & Handling

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. We are not liable for shipping delays due to couriers, customs, or natural disruptions. Free standard shipping is either through UPS or USPS Ground service, which typically equates to 2–5 business days’ delivery time.

Shipping Carriers

We use USPS and UPS, depending on your location and selected shipping method. Transit times are determined by the carrier. Empower Peptides may change carriers without notice if doing so will result in faster or more secure delivery.

Shipping Policy & Damaged Goods

We ship Monday through Friday to ensure reliable delivery of research compounds.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. For orders received before 12:00pm on business days, we try our best to ship the same day.

Friday Shipments: We do ship on Fridays. To hold your order until Monday to avoid weekend delays, email info@empower-peptides.com prior to shipment.

If your order arrives damaged or compromised, notify us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of packaging and product, including the tracking label.

Warm Weather Shipping & Ice Pack Disclaimer

We place products in insulated packages and may include ice packs with select shipments as a courtesy, not as a guarantee of temperature control. During warmer seasons, it is normal for ice packs to arrive thawed and for products to feel warm upon delivery.

All peptides are lyophilized (freeze-dried) unless otherwise stated and are stable at ambient temperatures for standard shipping durations. Integrity is not compromised by exposure to room temperature during transit.

Accordingly, refunds or replacements will not be issued solely due to the temperature of a package upon arrival. Customers concerned about temperature sensitivity may request expedited shipping at their own expense.

8A. Pricing, Availability & Errors

We may correct pricing, typographical, or listing errors and cancel any order affected by such errors, even after submission. Product availability may change without notice.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes

Return & Refund Policy

Empower Peptides LLC, a subsidiary of Empower Group Holdings LLC, may accept returns under limited conditions as outlined below.

To be eligible for a return and full refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• The product must not be damaged, tampered with, altered, or compromised in any way.
• A return request must be submitted within Three (3) days of confirmed delivery.

If these conditions are met, Empower Peptides will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact us at: info@empower-peptides.com.

Return requests must include:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos of the product and packaging, if requested

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or eligible for refund.

Late Requests

Requests submitted after the Three (3) day return window may not be eligible for a refund. However, customers may still contact us, and Empower Peptides may, at its sole discretion, review the situation and attempt to provide a reasonable resolution.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, altered, or compromised.
• Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or care after delivery.
• Orders reported outside of the allowable timeframe without valid justification.
• Packages marked as delivered but reported as lost, stolen, or missing after carrier delivery confirmation.
• Products returned without prior authorization from Empower Peptides.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us in writing within Seventy-Two (72) hours of confirmed delivery and include clear photographic evidence, including the product, packaging, and tracking label.

Empower Peptides reserves the sole discretion to determine whether an item qualifies as defective, damaged, or shipped in error. If approved, we may provide a replacement, refund, prepaid return label, or other reasonable resolution.

Identity Verification & Dispute Prevention

Empower Peptides utilizes identity and age verification systems, including AgeChecker.net or other approved verification providers, as part of its fraud-prevention and transaction security procedures.

By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree that identity verification records, checkout verification logs, payment authorization records, shipping confirmation, delivery confirmation, customer communication records, and policy acknowledgment records may be retained and utilized in the event of a payment dispute, chargeback, fraud claim, ACH reversal, payment reversal, or unauthorized transaction investigation.

Customers further acknowledge that transactions completed following successful identity verification may be formally challenged if a dispute alleging fraud or unauthorized use is later initiated.

Disputes & Chargebacks

By placing an order, you agree to contact Empower Peptides first in good faith to attempt resolution before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, fraud claim, ACH reversal, or bank reversal.

Chargebacks are not intended to replace normal customer service communication. Failure to contact us before filing a dispute may result in the dispute being formally challenged with supporting documentation.

In the event of a chargeback, fraudulent claim, unjustified dispute, or bad-faith payment reversal, Empower Peptides LLC and Empower Group Holdings LLC reserve the right to:

• Formally dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation.
• Submit order records, payment records, policy acknowledgments, shipping confirmation, delivery confirmation, customer communication records, and verification logs.
• Submit identity and age verification records to issuing banks, payment processors, acquiring banks, card networks, fraud-monitoring services, or dispute-resolution authorities.
• Permanently ban future purchasing.
• Recover chargeback-related fees, legal expenses, collection costs, bank fees, processor fees, and administrative expenses permitted by law.

Customers acknowledge that failure to follow the return and communication process outlined above may impact the outcome of any dispute filed with a financial institution.

10. No Resale or Redistribution

Purchases are strictly for internal research use only. Resale without written approval is prohibited and may result in legal action. Buyer shall not transfer, distribute, or provide any Empower Peptides materials to any third party without prior written approval from Empower Peptides.

11. Intellectual Property

Empower Peptides’ trademarks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property incorporated into the Site are the sole property of Empower Peptides LLC, Empower Group Holdings LLC, or their licensors and are protected under copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Copying or distributing any material, illustrations, photographs, video, or content from the Site without consent is strictly prohibited. We may, in our sole discretion, remove content or take steps deemed appropriate to protect such rights.

Patent & IP Disclaimer: Empower Peptides makes no representation or warranty that the use or sale of any product will not infringe the claims of any patent or intellectual property right of any third party.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Empower Peptides LLC, Empower Group Holdings LLC, along with their affiliates, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, representatives, licensors, subsidiaries, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”), from and against any and all claims, demands, disputes, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs, arising out of or related to your use or misuse of products or services; violation of these Terms or any policy; violation of law; unauthorized access or use of the Site; or any act or omission causing harm to Empower Peptides, Empower Group Holdings LLC, their business, or reputation. This obligation survives termination.

Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, governmental actions, pandemics, or disruptions to Internet or communication systems. Empower Peptides LLC and Empower Group Holdings LLC shall not be responsible for lost or delayed shipments, supply chain disruptions, customs-related delays, backorders, stolen mail, or any other delivery or fulfillment issues arising from such uncontrollable events or conditions.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms replace all prior communications and agreements between you and Empower Peptides LLC, including its parent company Empower Group Holdings LLC, regarding site use and purchasing.

Corporate Structure

Empower Peptides LLC operates as a subsidiary of Empower Group Holdings LLC. Nothing within these Terms shall be interpreted as creating direct liability for Empower Group Holdings LLC except where required by applicable law.

16. Severability

If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the rest of the agreement remains valid.

16A. Governing Law & Venue

Florida law governs these Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or your purchase or use of the Site or products, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

16B. Binding Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver

At Company’s sole option, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or any product shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Rules. You and Company waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. The arbitrator may award individual relief only.

No Medical Claims

Empower Peptides does not claim or imply that any product offered will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition or disease. All website content including articles, blogs, images, and videos is for educational and informational purposes only and is not medical advice.

Import / Customs Disclaimer

For orders outside the United States, the buyer assumes full responsibility for understanding and complying with local import laws and customs regulations. Empower Peptides LLC and Empower Group Holdings LLC are not liable for delays, seizures, or losses due to customs intervention. Once an order leaves our facility, all risks transfer to the buyer.

• You have independently reviewed your country’s import laws.
• You assume full liability for any import or customs issues.
• You release Empower Peptides LLC and Empower Group Holdings LLC from responsibility related to seizure or failed delivery.

Laboratory Safety & Responsibility

• Buyer represents they are fully aware of potential hazards associated with handling research materials and that they and their agents possess the training, facilities, and equipment necessary for safe use, storage, and disposal in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Buyer agrees to handle all products with appropriate safety precautions and to follow all applicable laws.
• Duty to Warn: Buyer assumes responsibility to communicate all potential hazards to any agents, employees, or transport/shipping personnel handling Empower Peptides materials.

Product Integrity & Testing

We stand behind the quality of our materials. Customers may independently verify compound purity through licensed testing.

• Acceptable Standard: Unless stated otherwise on the product page, acceptable purity for lyophilized peptides is ≥98.0% by validated HPLC/LC-MS method.
• Testing Requirements: Third-party testing must be performed by an ISO/IEC 17025 or CLIA-certified laboratory using validated methods on an unaltered sample from the delivered batch. Provide chain-of-custody and full methodology.
• Verification & Remedy: If results fall below the Acceptable Standard and we verify by our own testing, we will, at our option, provide a replacement or refund for the affected item only. No consequential or incidental damages.
• Timeline: Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with documentation.
• TSCA / Inventories: Buyer acknowledges that certain compounds may not appear on public chemical inventories, such as TSCA, because they are supplied solely for research and development under applicable exemptions, and Buyer assumes full responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable research, import, and safety regulations.

Export Controls & Sanctions

You represent you are not located in, under control of, or a national or resident of any country or entity subject to U.S. sanctions, and you are not on any U.S. government denied-party list. You agree to comply with all export control and sanctions laws and not to transfer products or technical data to any prohibited destination, person, or end-use.

DMCA / IP Claims

If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, send a notice identifying the work claimed to be infringed, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act, to info@empower-peptides.com. We may remove or disable access to the material at our discretion.

 Electronic Communications; Notices

By using the Site, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. Legal notices to Company must be sent to info@empower-peptides.com and are deemed given upon confirmed receipt.

Assignment; Waiver; Survival

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution, survive.

 Prohibited Uses

• Human or animal consumption
• Injection
• Cosmetic use
• Drug manufacturing
• Commercial resale
• Athletic performance or competition enhancement
• Any use that violates applicable law

Any indication of use outside research parameters may result in permanent account suspension and refusal of service.

 Final Notes

• Orders cannot be canceled once endorsed for shipping.
• Empower Peptides reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
• Making a purchase constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
• Identity and age verification are required for all orders prior to processing or shipment.
• By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the Chargeback & Dispute Policy.

17. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted.
